LARS ULRICH: NO NEW METALLICA ALBUM UNTIL 2008
As Metallica prepares to embark upon their second “Escape from the Studio” tour in as many summers, Lars Ulrich has told Eddie Trunk that the band won’t start recording until March 12, and that the album won’t be out until 2008.
I don’t know what could be taking so fucking long other than the band hitting some kind of creative drought, but look at it this way: the Metallicats will probably still beat Axl Rose to the punch.
