I've listened to samples of Through The Eyes Of The Dead's "Malice" album, and some previous work as well, right. This is deathcore done to a T. I can't remember any songs at all, it's that generic. Want some death metal? Buy Helcaraxë's "Triumph and Revenge", pronto. They're doing it cheap at the moment. I respect your blog, guys, but I don’t know what on earth you’re saying here. But one of my biggest gripes on a lot of the more modern metal is the sound of the kick drum. On this album, you can blatantly tell it is all triggers.
