BEST TOUR OF THE YEAR ANNOUNCED: LAMB OF GOD, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, SOILWORK, DEVILDRIVER

40
Lamb of God Killswitch Engage

Holy fuck. Lambgoat has just reported what has got to be the most amazing lineup for a metal tour in all of 2007; Lamb of God and Killswitch Engage will co-headline a 17-date (so far) run, alternating for the final slot each night. Devildriver will be direct support, and Soilwork will get things started off each night.

It’ll be good to see Lamb of God again, as it’s been a while since they’ve done a proper U.S. headlining tour, and the band is just incredible live; this will likely be their last run supporting Sacrament. The dudes in Killswitch Engage have also got to be pretty psyched to be playing for a true metal audience after spending the summer playing in front of Warped Tour pansies. And, this is the first U.S. headlining run where Killswitch will be playing with the always entertaining guitarist Adam D., who was forced to sit out the last run due to back surgery.
