VVEREVVOLF GREHV ARE IN NEED OF SOME VOWELS

Vverevvolf Grehv (pronounced “Werewolf Grave”), the latest signees of Relapse records, are not in fact from the traditionally vowel-starved countries of Eastern Europe, but from the breadbasket of Omaha, Nebraska. In fact, “they” is actually a “he,” a one-man army known as Dapose (known for his works with electronic outfit The Faint), his guitar, and a lone laptop. The samples on his MySpace page are pretty interesting — the second track “Over Active Apprec… [cut off by stupid MySpace player]” sounds pretty much like a metal-by-way-of-Robocop version of anything on Relapse, which ends up sounding pretty cool.
