Their last album, "Kezia," was extremely scattershot, and had maybe one memorable song off of it. It was chore to listen to because they were about fifty riffs strewn together per song. Also, the vocalist needs some work to sound at least little more manly. I'm sorry: Protest the Hero has not met my expectations. The entire concept of a performance video where we just sit and watch the band play the song is cliche. Not to mention the shots of the singer off by himself. And the wide shot of the whole band unison headbanging. Close-ups of the fretboard while the guitarist does tapping. cliche, cliche, cliche. Am I wrong?
