Hey man Skold’s solo cd was the bomb…. Besides Manson, he also got to play with Ohgr from Skinny Puppy and KMFDM… So I mean, that’s a decent list of band to have played in..

Mechanical Animals has some good songs, but the undisputed classic in my mind is Antichrist Superstar. That record has so many cool songs—probably due to the influence of Trent Reznor. Funny how once he was out of the picture things slowly went downhill for Manson.

I’m irrationally excited about this. Twiggy wrote Manson’s best stuff, and Mechanical Animals is one of my favorite records – hopefully it means they’ll play more stuff from that era live. I wonder if he’ll even bother learning much “Golden Age” stuff. I hope not.
