Got an advance copy of inflikted from the Family Cavalera. WOW! The album is amazing. It’s everything I hoped it would be and much more. Dark ark, hex,sanctuary are all sick songs. But ultraviolant is just flat out insane! Go and buy this cd. Then tell all your friends to buy it,it’s that good! Then get your ass to a live show and really experiance the brilliance of these guys. Cavalera Conspiracy is the new Sepultura. Max Cavalera is a legend and the best ‘growler’ in the history of metal. This record shreds. I admit I downloaded it but will definetely be purchasing it the day it comes out! It took a few spins to really get the vibe but it is almost like Soulflys ‘Dark Ages” which I loved. Igor shreds it’s great to have them back. I really hope they play a ton of old Sepultura songs in their live show. They should be called SEPULTURA not the current “Sepultura” with Jean???? wtf give it up guys

I D/L d the Cav Conspiracy and it is as good as he says. Nothing will give you the feeling of hearing Arise and Chaos for the first time, but it sounds exactly as you would expect from them today. There is no dance music from Igor, just sick double-bass. And Max stays true to his words against KsE by steering clear of melodic vox.

Anyone else heard the CC album? I’m glad to read this review, but I still have reservations about the bros. I read an article today on bmouth where Max called KsE “gay” and Igor professed his love for dance music. I was looking forward to the album until I read those comments.
