Never seen the video, never heard the song… and I’m glad too–the singer sucks!

  • Umbrifer

Man, I haven’t seen that in ages… Brings me back to when I was a teenager.

Remember the video, love the song, love Obituary… saw them live last year and they were great, even without a lead guitar.

Good old Obituary. I think they were some of the Life Metal that Mayhem hated. My favorite of their work was Cause of Death, the one album with James Murphy. Sometimes too much Celtic Frost influence for me, whom I was never much of a fan.

    Never seen this video, actually.

Never seen it. Looks like they borrowed an ugly kid joe video, whats up with the kids rubbing mudd on themselves???

man, I love this song. World Demise is their fuckin’ best album and still rocks most bands today.

I remember watching this on Much Music’s Loud back in the day. First (and only) Obituary video I ever saw. I didn’t like it now and I don’t like it now. Horrible, horrible vocals.

i couldnt care much for the video, but the song is great, the vocals remind me of chuck shuldiner

Sounds like a local upstart band at the Token Lounge here in Detroit. Funny, I thought the only thing decent about this song was the vocals. That being said, never understood why the band ever became a blip on the radar. Right time, at the right place, with the right friends I suppose.

That was on Sesame Street recently!!!

I used to listen to them when i was younger. Always liked the music but thought the vocals sucked. I remember laughing about the vocals with my little brother who was 10 years old at the time. It still makes me laugh a little. Thanks for making me remember those days.

Obituary is mother fucking legendary! Creators of death metal sludge. Man, most you guys here are either too young, or are not ready. I know ‘blip on the radar’ (aahhmm, AX7, cough) and this certainly ain’t it. You never last 20 plus years by sucking. See the live show and you’ll leave with no ass left. Obituary/Habitual!
