This new song is nothing special... I'll give it a few more chances, but it's not grabbing me like Arsis's new track. A Snowcapped Romance is one of my favorite albums. But after that, they wanted to be Everytime I Die and just scream bad metalcore. This band is going further downhill with that new track. The vocalist has a terrible scream and while he's not an amazing singer, his voice is different and interesting. Imagine if Daryl Palumbo had Parkinson's. Something like that. Each album has a couple of songs that I don't really like, but their songs that I do like I listen to pretty frequently. Brock's voice has always been my favorite part, he's got this cool quiver that stands out from a lot of other singers. I don't think the new song is their best, but it's far from bad. I've seen these guys live, not in a arena stage but in a bar and I must say they were pretty good live. I'm enjoying the new song, but it better be better than their last cd.
