THIS CAN’T REALLY BE THE VIDEO FOR NIN’S “DISCIPLINE”… CAN IT?

Crustcake has posted this hilarious new clip for the just-released NIN surprise single, “Discipline.” We’re assuming that the video is fan-made, although an awful lot of love went into it in a pretty short span of time – I mean, that’s about as good a cheap crappy animated Josh Freese as you’re gonna get. Given Trent Reznor’s enthusiasm for memorable music videos and viral marketing, could this be the real deal?

This video was composed by Meathead, of The Meathead Perspective, a blog that comically covers all NIN-related news. It can be found at…

    HA! APRIL FOOLS!

What Brad said. Trent just found it funny so he posted it in his own blog.

Meathead is guy who regularly skewers NIN-related news. In a loving/respectful fashion. Trent digs the guy, essentially because he doesn’t take himself, or his art, too seriously.

    This video is fantastic.
