CRAPPY FAN FILMED FOOTAGE OF THE AT THE GATES REUNION! HOO-RAY!
Tuesday, May 13th, 2008 at 10:22am by Axl RosenbergBlabbermouth has posted the below footage of At the Gates playing one of their first reunion shows in Japan this past week as part of a tour with Dillinger Escape Plan, Pig Destroyer, Into Eterenity and Mayhem (Holy purple poop, that’s a sweet tour!). At the Gates don’t show up ’til the 6:43 mark, but it’s actually kinda worth it to just sit through the Pig Destroyer and DEP footage.
Obviously this isn’t the highest quality video, but the band sounds pretty killer to me. What do y’all think?

Sometimes, this site’s inability to recognize greatness is nauseating. Pig Destroyer and Dillinger look like a joke once Mayhem come to stage. They are not rock and roll, but EVIL PERSONIFIED!!!!!!
Mayhem was indeed sweet. Seeing ATG explode on stage like that, opening with SotS… that’s just unreal. They could play horribly and just seeing that album played live would be the sweetest memory of my life.
When I see them this summer it just might be so awesome it’ll render me impotent.
dude this shit sucks. my 8 year old couzin could play any instrument in that shit. he couldn’t sing…..um grunt cuz his voice ain’t deap enough.
