HEY-O! WHO WANTS TO HEAR A NEW SONG BY THE FACELESS?

So at least one of you has complained that we don’t talk about The Faceless enough, which is probably true, so here we go.

The band has posted a demo of a new song, “The Ancient Covenant,” on their MySpace page… but the sexy bastards over at Metal Injection have just gone ahead and ripped an mp3 for alla y’all, which you can listen to below. It’s proggy technical deathcore at its finest.

“The Ancient Covenant” comes from the band’s forthcoming album Planetary Duality. We’ll bring you more details as we feel like it.

    Damn good band live…tho they couldn’t quite hold a candle to Arsis, but come on, it’s Arsis.

    Dude, I’m glad I piped up and complained (though I was probably the one) there wasn’t enough Faceless coverage here. That song is pretty frickin’ A-W-E-S-O-M-E if you ask me. I wonder where revrant is, and I bet he also thinks Disturd are better than these guys.

    They did indeed play this live on Summer Slaughter (at least in Philly).

    But I can’t get over this one issue: the new album should be called Interplanetary Duality. Think about it. It’s not just because I do drugs that I think that—it also makes sense.
