    You do realize, don’t you, that he’ll act as CEO? I’m pretty sure the CEO at United Van Lines isn’t a truck driver. It’s his job to make sure the right people are in the right positions, not to make music decisions.

    He may fail, but he’s young for a CEO (42), so maybe he’ll bring fresh ideas to the industry. Who knows? And, coming from an outside industry he’s not bound by the “that’s the way we’ve always done it” constraints that bind most dinosaur outfits.

    No matter the industry, it’s always good to know they aren’t hiring within the company. Great motivation for the employees.
