@Corey Mitchell : It was ’90 or ’91 and the full line-up was The Black Crowes, Warrant, Metallica & Aerosmith. Aerosmith was the headliner! It was a quick like ten city tour I caught it in Rochester,NY. The Black Crowes were brand new and got booed off the stage after like 2 songs. Warrant never even played b/c there was thunderstorm after the Black Crowes and when it finally stopped the crowd started chanting Bring On Metallica -Warrant Sucks! It was one of the best Metallica shows I’ve ever seen.

I caught the show in Houston.
Great review!!! I pretty much agree with you entirely.
Trapt was OK. I listen to the radio all day at work so I’m pretty familiar with their popular songs – all 2 of them.
Sixx AM was OK. Nikki didn’t do much – he was just there. I found the prerecorded music annoying as well.
Papa Roach is a band I’ve come to like. Airplay and videos made me look forward to them. I wasn’t disappointed.
Buckcherry is a band that I think we would have been all over in high school. They were OK.
Crue freakin rocked as always!!

Once again the existence of god is denied! Motley Crue cornered in an arena and no killer lightning, no random tornado, and where is the meteor I’ve been praying to hit these douches since the 80s. I’m tired of crap like crue and poison being called metal, albeit hair metal. I was proudly a part of a crowd that booed Warrant off the stage when they opened for Metallica at my very first concert. It’s time these crap-masters did us all a favor and commit mass-suicide to one of their very own crappy ballads!

Haha, I just got back from San Antonio last night, with my father being in Austin for the time being, doing state guard work due to the hurricane (Dolly, not Motley). I didn’t even know the Crue was down there, and I ignorantly returned to Dallas. Oh well.
