EXCLUSIVE PICS OF LADDER UP AN ASS!

Wow. That headline could attract a lot of Google traffic from people with pretty weird sexual preferences, I imagine.

ANYWAY, last week we reported on “supergroup” Ladder Up an Ass, who easily stole the Nassau Coliseum stop of the Mayhem Fest (at least, for the hundred or so people who actually showed up to watch them). Lucky for all of us, MetalSucks’ very own resident rabbi, the all-knowing, all-seeing Anton OyVey, managed to snap some photos on his cell phone of the group in action. Check ‘em out:

    @ Sammy: That’s a coliseum parking lot (where the second stage was located). Mainstage was indoors in the coliseum proper.

    Oh good job Ray, lets rush inside and make sure we can hit the floor to get close for Slipknot. Not only did I do that, I had to witness the end of Dragonforce and the worst band ever in the history of bands, Disturbed. Seriously words cannot describe how bad Disturbed was/is. I suck. I missed Corey Taylor playing the tuba. Which is 100000 times better than Distrubed or Dragonforce could ever sound.

    Haha… That’s my roommate, a one “I-shattered-my-ankle-in-the-pit-at-a-Horse-the-Band-show” Alex Diaz, in that 3rd pic, on the right, with the red beard and tan hat.

    One of these days we’ll go to a show and actually recognize you dudes… or more likely you’ll recognize us. The big dude with black hair and a red beard is hard to miss.

    I love how a couple of Slipknot fans standing next to me didn’t realize it was Sid Wilson in the wheelchair onstage.
    And I’m really glad that I missed DragonForce for ladder up an ass.

    I was gonna go to this, but I was probably on vacation at the time or just didn’t care enough about mastodon and dragonforce to spend an entire day listening to crap. Cut to the chase. what the fuck is going on here?
