HEAR A SHITTY LIVE RECORDING OF A NEW GOJIRA SONG

Monday, August 18th, 2008 at 12:36pm by Vince Neilstein

God bless YouTube and shitty camera phones. Here’s some ass-quality, fan-filmed video footage of Gojira performing a new song called “Vacuity” last week at the Rock en France festival. The track is supposedly from their new album The Way of All Flesh which is slated for an October 13th release via Listenable Records.

The quality is total shite, but it’s new Gojira, right? It kind of sounds like elephants marching and is probably about how our planet is doomed or something. GO-JIR-AHHHH!

Gojira is my favorite band right now. All three of there cds are killer. I can’t wait until The Way of All Flesh comes out, and I can’t wait for there tour with In Flames and All That Remains.

Gojira is the best new metal band I’ve heard in years and even though the sound quality on this clip sucked the song still f’in rocked. I can’t wait for the new album to come out.

It is not that bad for what a cell phone can record. If Gojira is touring with those bands I will come and go when they play. In Flames really let me down on their new one.

  5. JTL says:

Gojira kicks a lot of ass. I am very excited for the new record, and the chance to see them.
