One of the creators of the Gothenburg sound and they went to total fucking shit. I thought A Sense Of Purpose was a great fucking album and Alias was one of my favorite songs on it. I thought the video sucked though. I'm tired of metal videos and any videos that don't utilize the medium. If I want to see a band play a song I'll go to a show. Videos are a chance to put an artistic visual twist to a song. Sadly videos are rarely used to do this. Love the song, hate the video. Anyway that's just my thought. I have to disagree with VN slightly on this. And not regretting it one bit. IMO the new video is quite awesome, and actually up there in the pantheon of In Flames videos. And I still have to go over to Germany since they're not coming to Poland (they were here once, in 2006 and I couldn't go). And they Gojira in support which is freaking awesome!
