HEAR 39 SECONDS OF A NEW CHIMAIRA SONG

Monday, September 15th, 2008 at 2:31pm by Axl Rosenberg

So, as they did when recording Resurrection, Chimaira are doing some of those short “webisodes” to chronicle the making of their new, as-yet-untitled album, and the latest chapter lets us hear a tenny-tiny piece of a new riff.

Obviously thirty-seconds isn’t enough to judge – but even this little snippet sounds as evil as Karl Rove and twice as heavy, so my excitement for this record continues to grow…

By the way, I LOVE that Chimaira’s rehearsal space has their logo everywhere – I guess in case any of the band members forget which group they’re in?

Those look like old stage banners from their previous tours. That’s an awesome way to utilize them.
