Lazarus Bird is the Swedish band’s fifth full-length and drops tomorrow on Relapse Records. Peep three new tracks on Burst’s MySpace page… And be amazed. Bands this interesting don’t go releasing records often. Go listen. Now. Do it!

Hmm…I would, but if I loved it I would have to tell people my new favorite band is called “Burst.” Not worth the humility, my friends.

ohhhhhhh, a review by Ian Robinson. Who gives a shit? Burst is a great band. But, if this album doesn’t float your boat I’d definitely recommend their last album “Origo”.
I love Burst’s music, but I don’t like the vocals much at all. That review that Iann posted was kinda ambiguous. The guy recognizes Burst’s talent for writing riffs and the atmosphere of the music, but apparently they suck at songwriting.
