HOW IS PSYCROPTIC SO FUCKING AWESOME?

I thought it was the fact that I just drank a ton of coffee, but it turns out that Psycroptic’s new song “Ob(servant)” from their new album of the same name (out October 14th on Nuclear Blast) is actually responsible for the current melted state of my face. “Immortal Army of One” from the new record is also streaming on the band’s MySpace page, so go listen this instant and get down with this wicked progressive-tech-death quartet of Tasmanians (!).

    heard that album about 10 times through now… so far its my fave this year. Although im not quite sure why they chose that song for their myspace as it isnt as strong as the rest of the album.

    Im also happy the “burp” vocals from their previous albums were ditched.

    That interview was unwatchably bad. Are the Metal Injection guys blowing you or something? You paste their shit in religiously.

    When Ob(servant) comes out, I’m gonna buy 17 copies of that fucker. I love them and they are indeed why I went to Summer Slaughter this year. They worked their own merch booth and were just awesome guys.
