Geez man, some people are dicks on here! I can’t really say I’m surprised. People are always going to say whatever they want and I’ve learned just to deal with it. Of course, a lot of people just say stupid crap because you’re putting yourself out there but don’t let it get you down.

Blogging is for a bunch of tools with nothing else better to do then write about their feelings, post it on the internet and get pissed at other people for reading and criticizing it. You are writing an article, my friend. Journalism. Keep doing it. And stop calling it a “blog”. Thats gay. You no longer have teen angst. Keep speaking your mind. I agree, its not courageous at all to sit around and write an article for a website, but its damn entertaining and if it gets people reading something besides the garbage on FOX News or People Magazine, run with it. Plus, hey, getting insight on metal from someone IN metal = brutal.

Sammy I agree with what you say and you would think in a country like ours that race would not be an issue but it really still is. It may not be out in public that much anymore but it is a around. It is just quiet and subtle now.

I wouldn’t go so far as to say it’s “courageous” to write a blog, because let’s face it, anybody with a vocabulary (or in some cases, half of one) can write a blog. And this particular site is not exactly the Drudge Report, in terms of traffic. However, I do think it takes balls to say the things you say, especially considering a decent percentage of your audience is neanderthal in intellect.

As for anyone who dislikes that your band is a majority of minorities, fuck him/her. I bet 99% of your audience only cares if you make good music, not the color of your skin. I don’t think you and your brother are bad ass “black guitarists” (or bi-racial, as if it matters). I think you guys are simply bad ass guitarists.

Our lifetime may not see then end to divisions based on skin color, but we are slowly moving that direction. I live in a very white area, and my oldest son’s friends consist of more minorities than whites. You know how much I or anyone I know cares? We don’t. And anyone who would care, I’d tell ‘em to fuck off to their face.

Talking shit to a blog poster is pretty easy, because while everyone knows who the blog writer is, most, if not all, of the responders are just anonymous text blobs on the screen. Sometimes it’s nice because you can argue against public opinion (Obama fucking sucks), but the issue comes up when people say things online, anonymously, that they wouldn’t say in person, sort of like the nerdy little 100lb white bread kids who scream “I’LL KICK YOUR FUCKING ASS!” on XBL when you own them in HALO or CoD4 who have trouble squishing a cricket because it’s “icky”. Personal responsibility and having balls goes out the window when you can say things without anyone knowing who you are. I guess if one forgets that most of the metal community is made up of skinny motherfuckers who’d strain to pick up a bag of concrete, ideas about the possibility of physical harm could come to mind.

I wonder if a Nigger Go Home guy would get kicked out of a GF concert, or be allowed to stay with his sign?

I hope people keep buying your records so you can believe that people hate you so much they want to hit you at a show, and im glad to see that your still ok with selling out with the whole “nigger” thing, so you would like to see racism at your show?, so you can get publicity out of it as well? you are a ball of contridictions, i wouldn’t hit you at a show i would give you a hug and ask if you would like to sit and have a chat about ethics, but a punch in the face will let you know that your not a politician and your spolight is very vulnerable and having sex in a radom girls vagina is not just as courageous as a being a person in the military. It’s time to stand up to tards like this.
