Its called Boggy Depot, and I think he put it out somewhere around '98. i think listening to it puts in perspcetive why Layne was such an integral member of AIC, cause Boggy Depot sounds just like AIC, but Jerry singing lead just doesnt do what Layne did. Im interested to see what this album will sound like with William. I dont think AIC is capable of making an album that totally sucks. @ Sammy: Cantrell had a solo album before Degradation Trip. Sammy's right - AIC is Jerry's band. As much as I love Layne's voice and as integral it was to AIC's sound, Jerry is the real linchpin. As far as projects like this go, I'm much, much more optimistic and excited for this than for other "reunion/replacing dead band member with new guy" projects. I’m not really familiar with JC’s first solo album at all, but “Degredation Trip” is outstanding. Sammy’s right – AIC is Jerry’s band. As much as I love Layne’s voice and as integral it was to AIC’s sound, Jerry is the real linchpin.
