Rob, do you write for Alanis? That's a coincidence, not really ironic. Powerman is boring both live and on record.

Mega!! Kung Fu Radio was fucking awesome. One of the most original sounding records at the time. Tonight the Stars Revolt was a great radio rock record. After that, they kind of imploded. Transform, I bought because I didn't know what to expect. When I heard it, I didn't like it. Their newest one, I only heard the single through watching the video and it was just scary. I really wasn't digging the whole "Spider does Billy Idol" vibe. I'd really love it if they'd go back to some iteration similar to their earlier albums. We'll see.

Woa, so they're back to industrial? Last I head from them(some song that involved "World" in the title) they sounded much more punk and hard rock influence...actually there wasn't a hit of industrial in the entire song.

I did sort of enjoy them back in the day...tho I don't think they're anywhere near as good as Zombie.

Totally underrated band that disappeared from the limelight after nu-metal died. While Spyder had to replace pretty much all the band members, it's nice to hear Dave Pino, (of Seemless, Graveyard BBQ, Waltham, Damone, and many more) on this new recording finally.

I'm always thought they were a decent band. "Bombshell" is a pretty awesome song if you don't feel like thinking and just wanna listen to music.

PM5K is fun in an "I'm a jock and I like metal too" kind of way. I got their first two albums for free and I can't even remember what happened to those disks... and I could care less. One of those bands everyone will forget about until Vince confesses another flashback band! They had one hit, and not on their last release. I'm more interested in seeing if you guys find something on the album to write about than what the album actually sounds like.

Once upon a time PM5K put on a great opening act when I saw them with Primus. I really liked Mega! kung fu radio and tonight the stars revolt, but not enough to stop me from trading them in earlier this year after collecting dust in my apartment for many years.

Totally underrated band. Excellent live show; and the last two discs had some killer stuff -
"A Is For Apathy" and "Wild World" very worth a .99 cent download. And the "Bombshell" video is pretty awesome, too!

Love PM5K. Sure, the only "inventive" thing they ever had going was the funk metal feel on Mega!!, but everything up to Destroy What You Enjoy was solid heavy metal.

I like Rob Zombie and PM5K. They sort of laid the foundation for the transformation of my musical taste from rock to metal, and I've always enjoyed going back and listening to their old stuff.

Tonight the Stars Revolt was annoyingly catchy. Don't know how many times I burned through that album on repeat while writing papers or some other monotonous tasks.
