So, after reading this blog-entry, I'm convinced that you should take your essay in the studio and just 'read-it-aloud', hit the record button and then make it a track on your next CD (It'll sound pretty cool but you'd best use that quiet, almost 'introspective' tone while performing it) or add some quiet filler-music in the background (Kind of like the way Tool did on "Message to Harry Manback"). ...Just an opinion, a strong one but an opinion nonetheless. Heck, if you want to lose weight, sleep an entire 7-8 hours a night and some weight, without exercising, will be lost. Notice that I said 'some weight', not all weight.
