Having recently had my hard drive wiped clean of all my music (and everything else for that matter), this is a welcome addition! Thanks

Wow Kip that’s all the love you have to extol on the album that started it all? Kill ‘Em All was the fastest, heaviest thing available at the time. Anesthesia(Pulling Teeth) still amazes me every time I listen to it. Cliff is far and away the best bassist of all time just by the existence of this solo. Is there another bassist in all of metal ever that has been able to record a bass solo? Cliff’s “no pick, play until your finges bleed” bass playing is what metal is all about and Kill ‘Em All captured his and his band mates raw energy better than any Metallica album since. Kill ‘Em All is the reason Load, Re-Load, St Anger and Death Magnet should be an embarrassment for the once best metal band on the planet.

I have not listened to Metallica in a long time. But I know how to play almost every song on this album on the guitar…and so should you! Some of the finest british heavy metal and early punk influenced riffs ever put to tape. Sure Ride the Lightning was better, but the feeling on this album is undeniable. If you have never heard this album before, what the hell is wrong with you? But also prepare for an explosion of energy and thrashing good times.

enemyofgod72 is right. You completely half-assed two of the four articles you were supposed to write this month.
