BRING ME THE HORIZON: STILL BORING

I tried. I tried to take Bring Me the Horizon seriously after Axl’s post about them this past summer. But despite the droves of you who came out in support of the band and continue to randomly post comments like “BMTH FTW!!!” on MetalSucks, I still think this band is horribly “meh.” I’m all for taking the uber-seriousness out of metal from time to time — Killswitch Engage are masters of this, and not for nothin’ this website is called “Metal Sucks.” But this is next level mockery; and more importantly, the music stinks. BMTH’s latest video for “Chelsea Smiles” is the proof in the pudding.
