I personally like Friends too, but I understand that a lot of metal fans wouldn’t.
I gotta agree with Josh. Scrubs is the shit. Friends…not so much.
Father Ted is hands down the best show ever, pure brilliance. Also I’m sure the writers of friends weren’t aware that there was actually a band called Carcass either.

Dude, thank you. While, I never caught the Carcass reference in Friends, I’ve seen that episode of Scrubs a million times and could never figure out the song.
Scrubs stopped being watchable after the second season.

It would be cool if the actual metal band appeared in the show. Like the one that Mustaine had in the Drew Carey show, or Anthrax in Married with children.
