okay whatever happened to the whole being a rock fan and not giving a fuck???? this is more like a bunch of whiney people complaining and bitching. unless ur an artist urself whose accomplished as much as any of these bands u diss u have no right to say anything because u suck more. if a band goes on tour with one u dont like then dont go see them. its simple. and the people that set up there shows really dont care about there opinion. zakk wylde is a legend, sevendust sell out everytime they come around here. dope may not have a following and may be hated but from what i have heard from there music (which isnt really my style), i doubt they care what any of us think

Ok…
Three things.
1. Dope is one if those bands that are like Ratt.
Great on an album, sucks live.
2. I can’t say much about Sevendust because there sound is evolving.
3. Zakk Wylde can do what ever he freAkin wants! You said it yourself, “what he’s known for.” that’s why it sounds the same.

Great logic there, since when has Zakk’s musical talents come in to question ever?? Now his creaitvity is one to be questioned absolutley, and don’t even bring Wayne Static into this, he knows how to make fun music to see live and mosh to. The majority of great metal musicians have long hair….so i have no idea where your going with that.

the 8.5mn remake of 5 Dope songs is for the soul purpose of concert moshing, if you would listen to the song longer than 10 seconds you would know the song only starts with a bit from Die MF Die, then goes on with 4 other songs that are truly amazing to rock out to in concert.

It’s all about your taste in music, this guy can sit here all he wants and bash Dope, who is a great band (IMO) and always will be. Edsel has mass amounts of musical talent that most musicians would only dream of having. Zakk Wylde also is one of the best guitarists to ever pick up a guitar, what’s the sense in putting out some bullshit article by doing nothing but bashing certain bands. I just read one interview with Edsel. He seems to be suprised that he have opinion of asshole and have a bad reputation. This guy is total megalomaniac and is more recognized for fighting with ex band members than for making music… He is making from himself a big rockstar when he can’t even act like a proffesional musician.
