Missed the top spot to Taylor Swift (now in her 16th week on the charts) by about 5,500 units. An amazing showing for a metal band nonetheless. Congrats to these guys; they deserve it.

Still rollin’ after all this time, 73 weeks to be exact. White trash rock still sells. I think Idolator needs to rechristen its “Nickelback Award for Inexplicable Durability” in Kid Rock’s name.

Great result for LOG. Bit of a shame that they couldn’t beat Taylor Swift. The album leaking three weeks early probably ruined any chance of them topping the chart. Still, it’s their highest charting album to date and is also their biggest first week sales to date. They’re definitely among metal’s biggest names now.
More people need to be Cannibal Corpse’s album. Support death metal!

I don’t see that at all, I see that out of all the metal bands you listed, god forbid sold the second lowest amount of units and that Lamb of God outsold every other metal band put together.

Also Constitution of treason sold 3000 more copies in its first week at 8,300 than Earthsblood, so any chart increase can be seen as the result of a flagging record industry as opposed to God Forbids supposed success.
Hehe, Mudvayne writes the same songs over and over. Couldn’t agree more. Saving Abel just writes other bands’ songs over and over and puts their name on them.
Seether is a far better band than Theory of a Deadman and Kid Rock. Please don’t put a decent band in the same pile as those 2 just because they’re on tour with Nickelback.

Awww, Indestructible isn’t THAT shitty. It gets really repetitive at times, but it has some good songs as well.
I find it pretty hilarious how you take the piss out of Disturbed and yet apparently Slipknot are okay.

All Hope is Gone is heavy… but Indestructible is not? Have you heard snuff? Any song on All Hope of Gone outside of Gematria, Psychosocial, and All Hope is Gone is Stone Sour. At least Draiman didn’t bust out an acoustic guitar and cry to himself like a bitch.
