My prediction of the apocalypse has come true and Metal Inquisition’s Sergeant D has gotten his wish; Crazytown are back together, with a new album reportedly due this year.
Well, it’s been nice knowing you all; sure was fun while it lasted. Excuse while I go cower in the cave beneath the MS Mansion. I think there’s some monkey poo that needs cleaning up down there or something.

I think one of the guys in that picture actually is dead. And apparently no one did care, so Revrant is right. I think it was the guy with the red headband. So, he will not be partaking in the reunion.
And that Shifty guy has been all over VH1 smoking crack, so the reunion is no surprise. Might as well, capitalize on this recent 15 minutes while the pipe is still hot. Actually, he kinda comes across as a fairly genuine dude on the show. He has a severe, unfortunate addiction, and does indeed make shitty music, but I thought you guys might cut him some slack since he’s a jew.
Christ… does anyone truly care that these douchenozzles are back together? Do they actually have fans? I remember seeing them on Ozzfest and they got booed off the stage, and rightfully so. They were terrible.
Could we PLEASE get a Sober House / Celebrity Rehab megatour with Adler’s Appetite opening for Crazy Town? I’d pay money.

beeyotch was right. It turns out that one of them died in 2004 from a heart attack. The weird thing is that today made 5 years that he is dead.

Just a thought… but I smell a Limp Bizkit tour with these guys on it. Perhaps Korn and hed PE will be on there as well… being as they are or have already put out new crap albums as well.

I second that: Package tour. Limp Biscuit, Corn (a reunion is right around the corner, I can smell it), Crazy Town…all we need is POD, Orgy, Coal Chamber, and Sepultura. Oh woah, that’s gonna piss people off. But I said it, and before you type anything angry I have one word for you: Roots.
Roots fricken rocked, second best Sepultura album.
And Korn’s first two albums were great, next two debatable on their decentness, two after that sucked, then the two after that were kinda cool.
POD isn’t even nu metal. They were “rapcore” before the whole nu metal boom, had the one album that was nu-metal-ish (Satellites), then after that switched to rock with the occasional rap (More reggae, really) influence.
Although I agree with any and all suckage statements about hed pe, Crazy Town, Limp Bizkit, and Orgy. Don’t know enough about Coal Chamber to comment on them.
Not to mention blanket statements like “all nu metal bands suk” are just as bad as ones like “All death metal bands suk”. There’s a lot of shit in every genre (Especially more popular ones like nu-metal, metalcore, and post-grunge), but there’s always a few great bands (or, at least, albums) in everyone.
What sucks is when you DO dabble in a popular genre often associated with suck, but switch to a different sound shortly afterward, you’ll always be known for the popular stuff.

Korn is touring this summer, but it’s not a reunion. That’s because they haven’t, umm, you know, Broken up!
Just because Metalsucks posted blatantly incorrect news about Munky leaving when he had to take a couple days off of a tour because of family issues doesn’t mean they broke up. They haven’t broken up, they’re recording a new album, and are touring the festivals in Europe this summer. Hell, they still don’t have Head and David Silveria, so there goes any “reunion” chances.
For fuck sakes people are stupid.
When did this band break up? These days if a band falls out of complete public eye or takes a break between albums they are considered defunct.
I can’t decide if the slow downfall of the popularity of myspace metal, er, metalcore, is worth the resurrection of this type of shit.

You may not know anything about what they were, but they did have a second song that, while not being the top of the charts, still was on MTV top 10 and shit like that, the song drowning, I would consider myself a listener… They were also the motocross band of the year 2 years running, which stands for something for me since I race motocross, I think they had quite a bit of good music, and some that wasn’t so good but hell I still listened to it when I got the chance.
