Dolving is an idiot. I agree with the fact that he did not “BASH” LoG. However he went about proving his point in a very bad way. Also why on earth would someone give up a chance to see a band they love to see one they could care less about. If you are a Haunted fan then you will go see them over LoG. I am a LoG fan so I will see them. His harsh words do nothing but make him look like a spoiled little child who is not getting his way. Epic fucking fail buddy!

Wow, funny how upset people are. Peter Dolving don’t even bash on Lamb of God.
What he is saying is that you don’t get many chances of seeing The Haunted in the States so that’s why you should go and see them. Unlike Lamb of God who tours the states frequently.

The Haunted is my number one favorite band, I absolutley love Dolvings voice, its one of the most aggressive voices in the entire metal scene if you ask me. Lamb of god is also one of my favorite bands.

Lamb of God saved me from killing myself 2 years ago. I fucking love that band. I haven’t heard much of The Haunted, and I can’t really say I like them, but I’m not going to trash them. Stop being so jealous of a band who’s at the top of the metal kingdom, and because people can’t stand to be around a dick such as yourself. Grow the fuck up.

Guys, guys, if you would read each others comments and for that matter any other dispute for these kind of issues, you will understand that it is pointless. So what if Dolving sounds like a dick (even though I also don’t believe he verbally attacked LoG), that doesn’t mean that the Haunted sucks, o faithful and angry LoG mob. In that case that would mean that Megadeth suck (well some recent albums do) just because Dave can’t seem to shut up. Or just because Pete is pissed of with the way the music industry works, that makes LoG a less cool band (these dudes got some sick songs!!!).

But the Haunted are one of the bands responsible for the modern thrash movement that incorporates hardcore vocals. So it doesn’t sound generic, more archetypal I would say. And even they have a lot of Slayer elements in their music. So by your definition Slayer sounds generic (I know I am stretching it, but just proving a point).

So the Haunted have some cool records and songs and Lamb of God have some cool records and songs. Enjoy the music, which is the most important thing and stop about all these secondary bullshit.
