LOOKS LIKE I’M GOING TO CANADA

I friggin’ love it when I’m right: Megadeth will indeed be doing a co-headlining trek with Slayer. And Machine Fucking Head and Sucide Fucking Silence are the support. Holy fried shit sandwich, that’s a great tour.

Now here’s the band news: at least according to Blabbermouth, as of right now this is only a four date Canadian tour. I have a really, really hard time believing it won’t expand to at least hit up the rest of North America (at which point I imagine the tour will no longer be called “Canadian Carnage”), but I am honest to Mustaine considering booking a trip to Canada just in case.

I am so hard right now my dick could break through a brick wall.

Thanks to MetalSucks Maniacs Patryk and David Hulsey for the heads up!

  • Metal Fuckin’ Dave

Damn Canada gets the best thrash tour of the decade….except that Suicide Silence part. Bleh!

  • RobotScythe

This had better come to the US. Goddamn that’s a cool tour!!!!!

  • wook

how in the hell does an act like suicide silence get on this bill? i hope they get beat to death by burley canadian metalheads.

  • Shep

IF THIS TOUR DOESN’T COME HERE I MIGHT JUST KILL MYSELF

  • Sara

    Fuck Canada!

    • Fuck you!

      Fuckin Yankee uneducated cocksucker!

  • http://lordsofmetal.nl/index.php?lang=en Cavorka

    Suicide Silence? Yuch….Great tour though!

  • I, Monarch

4 dates? What kind of tour is that? I hope they come to California.

  • Carnage9

i love suicide silence but theyre totally gonna get booed off the stage.

  • THE CARL

Suicide Silence has allot of balls, Slayer fans are the most closed minded metalheads ever!

  • Mark

Fuck… I’d seriously consider flying over from Ireland if it wasn’t so damn soon before Graspop… even if the first date was one day earlier I’d look into it!

  • The Mighty Fucking Quinn

I’m not going to lie. I think I would actually consider putting a penis in my mouth to go to one of those shows. Megadeth and Slayer are solid enough but fucking Machine Head on top of it? Tour of the fucking decade, hands down. Other bands can stop trying to put together “amazing” tours cause it just isn’t going to come close to touching this.

    • Cam

LMAO! Pretty spot on man, although I don’t think I’d consider fellatio as a means to get to one of these shows. Crossing the border and buying a ticket would suffice for me.

  • RomuluXX

    This makes dick diamond hard

  • TheJoeShow

SOOOOO I dont really care for slayer but I would still love to see this tour
and for all the Suicide Silence haters out there Suicide Silence could easily
play on the same stage as Slayer have you heard Bludgeoned to Death or
    Unanswered nuff said.

  • Anthony

So this is why the Toronto Mayhem festival date was cancelled

  • Anthony

    Wait a minute…

    http://mayhemfest.com/tourdates.php

How the fuck is this possible? Slayer’s already on the Mayhem festival, and there’s conflicting shows on the 24th, 26th, and 29th for both tours. Someone fucked up

    • Anthony

Alright, ignore this comment. I obviously can’t read where it says “June” and not “July” on the ad.

  • Matt

Like others, I get hard and cum blood at the prospect of this coming to a city near me. But, at least I get to see the Mayhem Festival

  • taog36

Suicide Silence dont realy belong on this tour. man i wanna go so bad but i have no money, for a trip to canada

  • SonOF

Machine Head are going to blow the geezers in the headlining acts off the stage.

This tour is a great novelty, but Megadeth and Slayer are both pretty old and tired these days. Probably won’t be worth the excessive ticket price, but I’d still go if I lived in Canada. And as many have said, Suicide Silence are not going to be appreciated by the old school crowd that will be attending this one. And by “not be appreciated” I mean the guys in the band should be ready to duck flying bottles of piss. :)

  • taog36

its hard to pick a song for these, but i might have to narrow it down to trial of champions.
these shows are for champions indeed, so much so if my poor ass whould win these i’d wear them to shows intead of my steel toe boots. because champion wear steel toes to concerts, because any warrior should be equiped for any kinda battle they may be in. you see i barbarion my way to the very front, so the steel sheilds my feet from all the fat asses steping on my feet, and when your in the front your all compacted with all the other people and can barly move. theres always some shirtless sweaty ass hole thinking hes the only true fan of the band pulling hair and telling people to move, in a cramped situation its hard to realy hit the fucker with a full blown swing. with steel toes, you just kick the fuck right in the shin, even the smallest swing of a kick could bring him down to where he gets trample, blood could ooz into the pit, about 3 inches of it maybe. but my point is im willing to sacrafice all of this brutality for this other pair of metal kicks

  • taog36

haha look how awsome i am, i somehow typed all this up in the wrong one

  • WetBiscut

I think they forgot about the other half of Canada….. way to go west coast/central though!

  • Glenn

There will totally be more dates coming. A tour of two huge bands that swings through west-central Canada only? No, this is just the beginning.

    FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU

I live in ND, about 2 and a half hours from Winnipeg.

Problem is after June you need a goddamn passport to cross the border. Guess I’ll start digging my tunnel then.

    • Kirsten

      I feel your pain.
I have my passport, but the Winnipeg show it at the one time over the summer when I WON’T be in ND.
      Lame.

  • Mike

Love the dude who said Slayer was meh but Sucicide Silence is good. Kick them to the curb and replace them with Morbid Angel and you’ve got the tour of the decade at least.

  • Malacoda

everyone, chill. They will absolutely come here. Fuck SS though.

  • JBN

Add to my short list of why I shouldn’t move away from Winnipeg:
    #2 – Canadian Carnage

  • elvin

as i said in the first news

“Give me Machine Head and i will die happy”

I Will die Happy for sure if they came to europe.

  • Jenna

They’d be insane not to have a Toronto date. Insane, I tell ya.

  • http://www.kingdomofnoise.blogspot.com MetalMatt

I’m in Canada but even Winnipeg is way to far to drive even for a concert of this magnitude.
Better keep working on my teleporter.

  • syclonus

Damn, how is it that a band like suicide silence is on all the good tours?

  • You Don’t Know Me

nice tour but what’s with using the Machine Head logo from like 1999 on that poster?

    • blen genton

yeah they might as well throw the logos from diabolus and risk up there. that was a time when all 3 were pretty bad, eh? no canadian pun intended

but suicide silence? at that time those motherfuckers were in like 4th grade, playing little league baseball and shit.

      • Noel

uh, thats not a pun buddy…..

        • blen genton

          uh sorry buddy…

  • can con

we western canadians have suffered enough! send us a metal tour to placate our toqued brows!

i bet this is a test run to see if they can actually stand each other. if they end up bailing, hey its only western canada– its not like any of them are ever going to play here again anyway. if i were you, id expect the mega/slayer tour to do the NA circuit with different support.

  • tomtom

Damn it’s good to be a western Canadian for once! This must be our reward for all the shitty fucking weather for the last oh 200 years. Freezing my ballz off at -40 c sucks but getting Slayer, Megadeth and Machine Head in one spot is worth the pain. Don’t care about Suicide Silence though.
