Another cool thing: since each band member signed 5000 copies, the first 5 people to collect copies of all 5 autographs get a song named after them on the next The Chariot record.

Your right dude, the artist-fan relationship is more important than ever and yet people feel so far disconnected. What happened to the days of the really popular fan club? Artists need to bring that back to secure their career, and the Chariot is on the right track with that.

This cd is actually really good. I saw them when they started at Cornerstone 04 and it was a total trainwreck, but i really like this new record. It reminds me of old Training for Utopia and Coalesce records. MID 90′s Hardcore!!!

I love the autographed CD bit. Its about time that bands realize they are going to have to get interactive with the fans in order to get them to start buying again. The temptation of free is far to great for most people. Although I love to have something in my hands to represent the music that doesn’t seem to be the case with a lot of people.

This cd rips, I’m gonna have to pickup a copy now knowing they went through all that trouble for their fans. I saw them for the first time on Wednesday as well and I was really impressed at how dynamic they were while being completely unhinged and purposefully sloppy. I would compare the bands live set to a Jackson Pollock painting, messy but for all the right reasons. I loved how the drummer kept playing while the band tore down the set piece by piece…impressive. One of the better tours I’ve seen recently, I mean GOJIRA? So unreal it was disgusting; I’m pretty sure I may have hemmoraged my brain from headbanging so hard.
