SOMEONE (STILL NEEDS TO) SIGN THIS BAND, BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY

This past October I tried to help get the word out about Texas’ By Any Means Necessary, who are one of my most favorite unsigned acts out there right now. Seriously – I listened to this group’s three-song EP more times last year some of the so-called “best” releases of ‘08. I think this band fucking rocks.
Unfortunately, the band remains unsigned… but hopefully that will change soon. Vocalist Adam Wright just e-mailed me to say that the band is heading into the studio to record a new demo with Scott Sargeant, the former Skinlab guitarist who produced Lääz Rockit’s 2008 release, Left for Dead.
Personally, I’m just excited to see what these boys do next. While I wait, check out their MySpace page, and if you’re an industry person, maybe think about signing them, m’kay?

Are you serious? This band is a Shadows Fall ripoff with shitty deathcore vocals. Too bad too because whoever did their cover/cd art wasted their talent on such a talentless band.

When did you get the memo about no one liking Lamb of God anymore? I haven’t gotten that one yet. I actually like the sounds of that band, at least what they have posted up on myspace. I would listen to it again. By the way,post up that memo on no one likeing Lamb of God, I think there are a lot of people on here that haven’t gotten it yet and would be surprised to read that information.

they have been playing together for a few years now, for good or bad.
personally I couldn’t give 2 shits about there music as it is derivative thrash proto-death shiite that a million other shit heads are doing right now .Which includes many old ass douche wipes that don’t know when to quit.I can say they are tighter than a lot of the older metal bands in this town (Austin) and despite there age or whatever they pay there metal fuckin dues.

Well, I guess I’ll be the first to say, I liked them enough to add them, and I don’t just add any band xD. Can’t wait to hear what they have up their sleeves :D, they have a great sound

Music is good but vocals suck, get a new singer fellas and you’ll probably make it. That’s what any label will make you do anyways. Get the frontman from war within(austin) heard hes looking for a band

I dont understand the hate. Probably because their young? But this band really stands out among the pack of young metal bands from Texas. Shredding leads, powerful vocals, awesome drummer and solid bassist. You crusty forum trolls need to wake up, trim your mullets, and show some respect!
