As mentioned in the article its great for just quick battery acid chugging vocals and slamming instruments. But can we get just A LITTLE mixture here. Not the worst band ever, and better than the many hordes of actual deathcore bands - however, they're not doing anything particularly new, and this isn't helped by the fact they keep turning up at every bloody UK tour, whether its with Meshuggah or Evile or whoever. At the latter tour, the excellent Mutant had just been on, delivering a killer 30 minutes of thrash, only for these guys to turn up on stage (kudos, btw, for replacing Warpath at short notice), playing a sample I could've sworn I recently heard on Mouth of the Architect's latest record, before unleashing their noise on about a third of the actual crowd. At least I bothered to hang around while most people departed the venue. Death metal these days has risen to a new level in bands such as Decapitated, Arsis, Necrophagist et al. Nothing wrong with straight up death metal but TTB aren't exactly top drawer. Sick of this band already.
