Thursday, May 28th, 2009 at 3:32pm by Axl RosenbergBloodbath’s The Fathomless Mastery was one of my favorite albums of 2008, so I’m beyond excited that the band has finally made a video, for the track “Hades Rising.” Check it out, suckas.
Thanks to longtime reader Nikki Moody for the tip!

That was the cat’s ass! Well done.
The Fathomless Mastery is a good album full of excellent songs. But imo this isnt the best, Devouring the Feeble and At The Behest Of Their Death. And Mikael, remember, just stand very still.
Did I ever tell you how much i fucking love this band? Own all their albums. Pure, brutal awesomeness.
But the video sucks, being covered in blood and standing still may look brutal, but its boring as fuck.
Great but yeah, kinda boring video, could do with mikael not just standing there looking slightly retarded.
Decent video, but yeah awesome band and a great album. I really hope they do a little touring hear in the states some day.
fucking awesome song and album.
I kind of like how the video is really underexposed…it’s borderline hard ot see anything that’s going on. I think you’re supposed to watch it in the dark to get the full effect. I have a feeling it might provide a better experience that way.
good
im glad they chose that song it was my favourite off the album
I agree, its my fav too, i specially love the second/last part of the song, and yes what a mehh video, but anyway I did not see coming a video from this band so i gess it is ok
Best album of 2008 easily!
i also noticed that mikael was standing still to, boring as f***. thought that they should have done the video on drink from the cup of herasy instead…well well
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH. Metal Music Videos are the worst.
