What Eyal said. And did you hear that several major cities are working on implementing portable device bans for all public transportation drivers? As in, they can’t have them in their possession AT ALL when they’re on the clock, not just not using them. More generally, I hate anyone behind the wheel of a vehicle who thinks they have anything better to do at that moment than DRIVE.

For my part, when I was deployed overseas, I did not miss the responsibility of driving. And yes, it IS a responsibility.
