Their friend made the video for them on his own, the band didn’t have anything to do with making the video, so the hypothetical conversation you posted in no way shape or form ever took place (for those reading who might take quotations as fact).
Thanks for sharing your opinion on the music while also poking fun at the way the metalsucks decided to present the news. Sorry you don’t enjoy the song and wasted your time watching the video.

When you woke up this morning, did you ever imagine that you would have ended up typing “Dear dick n balls” today? I find that rather amusing.
Hey, I can appreciate the time and effort that it took to make the video and if their friend made it independently of the band then obviously he is a fan and wanted to do something cool for them – that’s awesome. Christ my old band never managed to attract a fan, let alone one who wanted to make a video for us so obviously these guys are doing something right, kudos to them. I just thought it was a generic video for a shitty song and I, like every other internet dweller was making my opinion heard.
And by the way, it’s “dicknballs”, not “dick n balls”… they always come together, never separated.
I like this song. Slow trudging metal is always fun. Nice video as well!
FINALLY METALSUCKS POSTS SOMETHING ABOUT A GOOD BAND!!!!! Narrows is fucking awesome, and the video is fucking sick. Maybe this will hopefully open the flood gates for more Deathwish related posts
You know DicknBalls, I didn’t wake up thinking I would write that. Thank you for allowing me to say that I have, in my life, been able to write “Dear DicknBalls…”. You’re also totally right, thanks for the edit – as it’s true, dicks and balls rarely are found separate from one another.

How can you not like Narrows? The 7″ was waaaayyyyy better as a whole, but New Distances is still a 6 or 7 star rated album. The people not enjoying this album are the same ones who comment on whether Disturbed is Nu-Metal or about how Ozzy Osbourne is suing former band mates. You know nothing of diversity and choose to nit-pick on bands that are actually creating quality music. Grow up.

Yeah I’m definitely gonna listen to more stuff by these guys. This is the first I’ve heard of them and I have to admit it’s a pretty great first impression.
This actually isn’t the Gypsy Kids song but instead the Fourragere song off the same album. The video was hardcore to the bone, but what the hell, a fan made it and it is damn cool IMO. I like the song so I checked out the rest of the album. Damn good IMO. ;)
