Seriously the guy is ALL torso.

Yes:
Vocal Harmonies – Even though they’re drenched in faggoty auto-tune.
Wall of Sound production that fills the ears but doesn’t blow them out with nose.
Instrumental melodies…sound pretty appealing

No:
The -core..er…the -core…er…
The lead vocals are weak in spots. This could be fixed with a better vocalist.
The same could go for the screaming.
Too poppy. Just too goddamn poppy. They need a producer that can give them some depth and put them on the right track. It’s so sugary that I see myself getting sick of this stuff in a month. It’s too easy to get into, which is why most will shun it and refuse to listen.
Another one of those “gateway” bands that will get you into something better, leaving the previous band behind to be forgotten because you found what you wanted.

What could help this band?
A good in-depth producer that will help them remove the over-pop sound.
A new singer. (or at least get the one you’ve got to sound better)
Between The Buried and Me…
A new screamer that knows what he’s doing. (or at least teach him how to know what he’s doing.)
Disassociating themselves with IWABO. Seriously, they could actually be better than IWABO. They actually have a chance to be better than IWABO, why ruin that by even putting them near you?

What I think will happen?
Stupid ass plain-faced W.A.S.P. suburbanite children will eat this up like Jelly Tots.
Stupid ass “Otakus” will eat this up like Pocky sticks.
Stupid ass scene kids will eat this up because other stupid ass scene kids are eating it up like diet pills.
This band will tour the states much to our chagrin and we will be incredibly pissed at them for bringing another Otakutard fest to our soil.
We will also be incredibly pissed because Japan sent us another band that sounds like another band that we’ve just spent the last five years trying to cleanse ourselves of.
This band will not change by much. If they get another producer, they’ll more than likely add more samples and a string section just to seem much more deep than they really are.
They will always be that band that has those parts in that one song that sound almost amazing…but never quite get there.
They’ll get custom guitars and loads of money off of our continents idiot markets…then leave.
