Also worthy of note was the chants of “Wanker! Wanker! Wanker!” during Limp Bizkit playing take a look around.
Faith No More and Korn ruled the main stage. No one will top them.
I just had one of the BEST WEEKENDS EVER at Download 2009. I have no idea what the streaming was like, but seeing FNM up close and in the flesh was one of the greatest goddamn things I’ve ever seen at a festival.
They were amazing. Better than at Brixton on teh Wednesday… much tighter. Plus I got to see them soundcheck to an EMPTY field. Did I say they were amazing yet?
