The new album really was epic. However, I do agree with you on one point. I don't think that Job for a Cowboy and Suicide Silence should be "lumped in" with WOP either-- they're different bands with different sounds. Whatever, I'm content listening to real metal like Maiden, Priest, Blind Guardian, Emperor etc... But as far as Deathcore goes, Carnifex are way more skilled. This new album is some of the most intense death metal i have heard this year and i never thought i would say that about JFAC. While Suicide Silence have still maintained much of their previous sound they have also ventured off into other areas progressing the sound that many of the new bands are now copying. This progression of theirs is seperating them from the deathcore pack by adding solos and ambience to their sound. While i have never been a fan of WOP the trailer was truly epic and that sound clip sounds more promising than any of their previous efforts.
