DON’T LET THIS STREAM GET DISCONNECTED

For awhile now, we’ve been hyping Greymachine, the new project featuring Aaron Turner of Isis and Fighting with Revolver fame and Justin K. Broadrick from Jesu/Godflesh/Naplam Death. And now their debut album, Disconnected, is streaming in full right here.
I actually haven’t had a chance to give it a listen yet, but I’m all about anything and everything with the name “Broadrick” attached. So check out the record and then let us know whatcha think.

Sounds quite a bit like Godflesh in some places, theres a lot to listen to within the songs so its pretty interesting shit. Im likeing it.
Definitely see the Broadrick influence. Really dense sounding. Reminds me of the Isreali noise/drone act Graves In the Sky. I get a feeling this will take some repeated listening to fully grasp.
Not my thing, but the intro to Wolf at the Door is sinister and awesome.
I’m about halfway through and it has only solidified the fact that I’m buying this! You definitely hear the Broadrick influence, but it doesn’t sound like just another project Justin is doing. It’s definitely not Jesu, it’s GREYMACHINE! I love the sound of the guitars and drums, this record is making my day ten times better than it could have been.
+1. This has made for an epic night.
this is one of the best record of current year IMO
I’m buying it ASAP.
Man isn’t it interesting, that Aaron Turner has never worked with Scott Kelly????
