THRASH & BURN TOUR CURRENTLY THRASHING, BURNING THROUGH U.S.

The MetalSucks co-sponsored Thrash & Burn Tour is currently about half-way through with its month-long U.S. trek. Those in California and the South have already gotten their Thrash on with MetalSucks faves Devildriver, Despised Icon, Veil of Maya, Periphery and Thy Will Be Done (among others), while those in the East and Midwest will get their chance in the coming weeks. After playing Baltimore last night, the tour picks up again tomorrow in New York City and then works its way through the Midwest, wrapping up August 24th in Minnesota. Is the end of August / summer really that close? FUCK!

Fuck this tour for at first saying they were coming to my city, then later deleting that date. Thats fucking stupid. But…after listening to Devildriver’s new CD…I dont care as much. I have not been that disappointed by a CD in a long time. It blows
its the first Cd i had saved uo to buy all year( i usually only get singles) and it was a waste
The only bands who actually were worth seeing were Periphery and DevilDriver

Ahem, the tour’s title isn’t exactly correct. Removing the first “h” from “Thrash” would definitely be a good start.

I’m going just for Thy Will Be Done and DevilDriver, and Periphery’s not too bad. I wouldn’t pay more than $20 for the tickets, and I didn’t, so cool.

Don’t say they came to California. California is NOT Rhode Island, for anyone in the Bay Area or north of that, it’s a more than 7 hour drive to get to one of these shows. They went to SOUTHERN California.
I went to the St Pete show, it seemed like it was PACKED for Emmure and then Devil Driver came on and half the crowd had disappeared…….so sad cause Emmure is pretty terrible.

They are referring to a play on words with thrash and burn you ignorant fucks. It has more than one meaning. Just like how metal can sometimes refer to the compound. And of you think you’re clever by referencing this you’re a million posts too late.
