Poached eggs over salmons on Engilsh muffins isn’t as easys to makes as its seems. I looks in the cooks books, I thinks, “Oh, this is simples.” No. Much more epics than at first appears. But worths the efforts, y’knows?

    Pretty much the only remaining relevant band still playing “true” norwegian black metal. This might not be the best site for promoting these guys (and I love tech-death as much as the next guy) but Taake fucking slay. Sure there’s lots of great blackened death that’s come out in the last year but nothing has captured the essence and spirit of the mid 90′s black metal movement like Taake’s self-titled release last year (or any of their records for that matter). If you like black metal at all you owe it to yourself to check this band out.

        No I was implying this site tends to promote tech death, and blackened death but not really straight up black metal (which is the only genre that Taake would fit squarely into.) I am pleased that metalsucks would post anything from this band but I feel their second record and onward were much stronger than this one.
