You guys have proven me right. At least I think you have. Could be that all the anti social, acne ridden, socially retarded, fucktard trolls decided not to comment on my previous post, but something tells me that this just isn’t the case. I think you guys came out en-masse and stated who you were. Haters and non-haters alike. Its cool to see you guys actually getting along for once, too.
I don’t give a fuck about peace and love and I certainly do enjoy flame wars, but at the end of the day its nice to see that you guys can just put down the weapons and chill when time-out is called. Kinda like the American and German soldiers did on Christmas eves during WWI. If you don’t believe me, look it up. Just scanning the ages and professions of all you motherfuckers makes it clear to me that you’re not just a bunch of chickenshits that hide behind fake names. You’re real people, with real jobs, and real lives, who support this genre and can be extremely opinionated at times. So kudos to all of you for keeping this shit going and proving that there actually is a place for intelligent, educated, and opinionated metalheads.
Take it eays and I’ll find a way to piss you guys off again ASAP.

I just got home from seeing Iron and Wine for free, who is almost all acoustic but is also awesome, and now I am also high as kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiite, and listening to Daath, I dig them all the time, but especially right now. Fuck I love listening to good metal when I am stoned.

America wasn’t even involved in the War when the first christmas truce took place. it was British and French troops that had the truces with The triple Alliance forces. There is absolutely no mention of American armies in the truces. Just about every source there is from British Empire/French soldiers. The Americans didn’t even join the war ’til the very end, i don’t think they were even around long enough to be part of one of the truce’s, having entered the War in 1917. Look it up…

Agreed. Daath certainly isn’t my thing at all, but you certainly seem to be a pretty cool guy, and a good writer as well who has covered a lot of really interesting topics. Keep up the quality posts. You’ve got my respect as well.
