I’m lucky to have parents who always treated me like an adult. Remember the first time I went to a Death metal show they had a talk with me about the music and even went as far as to listen some of the stuff from my collection, and they were fine with it. I wish more people were so open minded.

Yeah, and my Dad stole one of my Manson CDs and tossed it in the woodstove. Ha ha, I would almost do the same now myself, if it weren’t a collector’s item. But I still have the signed case!

I’m lucky that my parents never really cared what I listened to. I went through a rap phase where I literally had posters of rappers next to pot plants and shit hanging on my wall and they just acted oblivious. And honestly…it had absolutely no negative effect on the adult me what so ever. Well…the rap music may have caused some brain damage…
