I dont feel the same about this albumn as I do about the last. The brutality is there but I dont have the same riffs getting caught in my head that are sticking out, it just seems like more of a messy and going all out type of song attempt. Older albumn was better in my opinion.

Holy shitttt!!!! I fucking love Trevor’s shirt!! That album is a fucking masterpiece. Too bad not many people have heard it. Seriously, fucking perfection. Deflorate is also amazing. Not a major step up like Nocturnal was for Miasma but still, a solid release. May have to listen to it a few more times to fully experience it however.

DL’ing Deflorate right now, I’m so fucking excited. Today has kicked ass. I DL’d the new Megadeth yesterday, (that album is sick), the new Insomnium 30 minutes ago (so far, fucking epic), now I’m just waiting for some saint to leak Despised Icon’s Day Of Mourning and The Red Chord’s Fed Through The Teeth Machine and I’ll be set on music for the next month.

Many people are asking where to find the leak. I can find almost any album that is out by going to google and searching “Band Name Album Name Blogspot” so for this album I would search “The Black Dahlia Murder Deflorate Blogspot” Click on any site that has a url of something.blogspot.com. For instance, when I searched for the Deflorate leak, the first result was bitternessthestar.blogspot.com. Scroll down until you see a download (Or if the site is in Spanish, Descargar) link. It should take you to a file sharing site, usually mediafire. Just download it from there and you will get a compressed file. Just download a program called WINRAR and you will be able to extract the files. Right click on the WINRAR archive and click “Extract Here” There you go! You now have the leak.

Another +1 on the “Trevor Strnad is one of the nicest dudes in metal” front.

I saw them on the Miasma tour and he hung around and drank with all the fans after the show. I asked him if his beard was the source of his power, and he replied “Nope, it’s the pasta pouch” and patted his belly.

I also met him on the Miasma tour and got a pic with him. Very nice to me and my friend. Signed a poster, etc. Deep down, he’s just another fan, so he gets it.

I haven’t decided if I’m gonna download the leaked album, because I want it to be fresh when I buy it in a couple of weeks. Not sure if I can wait though! Either way, I’m still buying the record….
