SLAYER’S WORLD PAINTED BLOOD FINALLY GETS AN OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE!

November 3 in the US, November 2 everywhere else. That comes directly from an official press release, so I think we can accept it as for reals this time.

The release also tells us that there will be “a limited edition CD with multiple CD covers, a deluxe edition CD/DVD, and a high-quality, 180-gram vinyl edition.” Presumably cover art is forthcoming.

I’m excited.

      Well he did say “Presumably cover art is forthcoming” so I don’t think it is known at this point. As for the new Slayer, hey what the hell, I’m lookin’ forward to it. It may not be the metal album of the year or whatever, but Slayer albums are usually at least nostalgic anyway…
