Bonus: he was completely blind, and did tech support for TV. Most of the time, people didn't have any idea that he was blind. He was that good. And once in a while, he would get a person being a douchebag and put them in their place. For example: Dude: "OK, what does that channel look like right now?" Customer: "What, can't you see it for yourself?" Dude: "No ma'am, I'm blind." Customer: "..."
