Well, maybe there are alot of people out there who can’t hear or are just plain musically deaf. But If you were to do a Zakk Wylde Music Marathon on the Radio or TV (or another form of media) . People who really enjoy music for the versatility and sheer talent of it, would be putting Zakk and his vast musical library up there with all the great virtuosos of musical lore. So, listen before you speak (or in this case blog) and maybe do a little research too. Anyway, I hope your health is getting on an even keel Zakk! Can’t wait to see you and the boys when you come to the Phoenix area !!! VAHALLA !!!!!!

hello to Zakk and his lovely wife, i have been wondering what happened to you as i heard something about blood clots some time back. it perked my interests since me and my older brother both have had problems with blood clots and taking coumadin to thin my blood for over a decade now. i have a factor 8 deficiency and my brother has a anti thrombin 3 problem. i was only 34 when this happened to me he was about the same age also. i understand your pain and how irritating it is to deal with daily. my feet and legs always swell and i have to wear the tet hose socks to keep the swelling down. i got my clots after numerous back fusion surgeries. i cant tell u it gets better, only as hard as it is u have to get used to it or if u don’t keep up on it it will kill you very fast. i have a young daughter who i am motivated by. if u would like to relate with some one i can’t work any more and am home for the rest of my life. well i hope u get better and set on a routine that isn’t to dramatic of a change.

Zakk, I have been living with Factor5 since 92 (which I suspect what you have) and sad to say ya got to lay off the booze and as much second hand smoke as possible. I hope it does not go as far as my condition does but all things considered now we share something in common besides guitar playing…. lol I hope your feeling better Bro; I have been a fan since you joined Ozzy and hope this will not stop your touring. Man, I’m just listening to Book of Shadows now and I’m really enjoying it! I had the fortune as a young teen to meet Zakk at a Chicago Cubs baseball game, (he autographed my game program too!!!) and then a few days later attend a benefit concert and Zakk played an all acoustic show…his BLS stuff isnt all to my liking, but I’ll still listen to it.
